Jo Isgrigg holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Alaska as well as a Ph.D. in Public Administration and Policy from Portland State University. A seasoned public policy professional with extensive knowledge of health care policy issues, Dr. Isgrigg has worked in the health and long-term care industry, in the private and public sector, legislative and regulatory arenas and academic settings. Before joining the Oregon Healthcare Workforce Institute, Dr. Isgrigg was the Public Policy Director for Providence Health and Services in Washington and Montana. She has held various health and public policy leadership roles. She has also served on the faculty at Portland State University and Clackamas Community College.
Jennifer Swendsen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and has over twenty years of professional experience in both the corporate and academic sectors. She has worked as: an Attorney Recruitment Administrator in San Francisco; an English Instructor and Language Tutor Coordinator in France and San Francisco; a Director of Operations at an educational training company in Ann Arbor; and an Office Administrator for a Nobel laureate, Howard Hughes Medical Institute investigator and National Academy of Sciences member at UCSD.
